Remember what you focus on in life will tend to expand within your mind, so if you are focussing on negative stuff, it will begin to connect with every other negative memory/neural pathway and fill your mind with negativity

Wow, I just found out tha Keanu Reeves is 62. I thought he was in his early fifties. Still look good for someone who is in his sixties.

Failure is not the enemy to success, I always remind myself of that. Just because you failed doesn't mean you should give up. Keep pushing forward and eventually you will get there. Something I should share for everyone as we get into the new month.
