I didn't post about it much after starting daybreak, but I'm now completely caught up on the Trails storyline. Horizon left me utterly gutted. I absolutely have no regrets getting into this series this year, but just have 1 more game to go before I can finally put it to rest for a bit.

Been up and down this last week, but Tuesday was one of the best nights of the year for me getting to see Babymetal live in Charlotte. The live show was better than any vids I'd seen online and absolutely will make it a prio to see them again at some point.

Haven't been posting about trails that much mainly cause just been lazy, but I've made it about 40 hours into Horizon and it's been very good so far! Only big complaint is that the grim garten's command battle theme I love how it's composed, but fucking hate the horn samples they used.

It's always funny finding friends old youtube channels based off a random comment from a video over a decade old. I'm not actively searching for it but it has happended more than once in the last few years.

So kh4 finally coming and stuff. Cool, but will the plot be good though? Not trying to sound pessimistic here, but just "x disney movie is in the game" doesn't sell me on this franchise anymore. I hope with this long development on it that it does pay off.

In recent memory Metaphor. Tried it for 20 hours, but the dungeon design and job system wasn't selling me on the battle system that overall just didn't click with me. Loved the music, setting, and characters though.
No hate, no dogpiling, just curious.
For me, it's Skyrim. Don't know why, considering it should be exactly my kind of game, but it just didn't click for me.

It's really up to chance if I stick with this, but since I'm only 3 games away after I finish Reverie, I think after I finish it I'll take a break finally like I say every time, but just jump right into the next game with no break.

I needed a bit of a break from CS4, so instead of grinding out the platinum cleanup I'm moving onto Reverie! Probably the game I know the least about next to Horizon.

Okay I'm not usually one of those people that post about shit that often, but holy fuck playstation. Like the ps3 and vita store we all knew it was a matter of time, but killing off physicals is beyond fucking daft.

You know with how much vitriol I've seen this year with gaming news makes me really glad i decided to just dedicate myself to one franchise and pretty much nothing else this year.

Started a few days ago. Outside an amazing graphics bump CS3 is suffering from growing pains again like CS1 where world building wise its great but gameplay feels so slow cause of how much limitation it feels. I'm not asking for a complete kit just some general stuff to not make battles feel slow.

Since I finally reach halfway to being caught up here's my current rankings of trails games so far. Cs2 edges over sc and azure more from gameplay but all 3 are neck and neck.

As weird it is to say the NA Direct was pretty mid. The JP one though was WAY better imo.
