Can't be stated enough how much more progressive candidates are running better campaigns. Yes, that comes back to having & refusing to abandon values & convictions plus willingness to fight. But also - they're spending more time with voters because they spend less with consultants & donors.

We've done 300+ focus groups since start of 2021 with swing & disaffected voters. Number of times participant has volunteered "trans people" in any form in answer to what's going wrong or their beef with Dems is zero. You can lead them there - for sure - but this is not a thing people think about.
