UPDATE: A lawyer for indicted ex-Loretto Hospital CFO Anosh Ahmed just told a judge that Ahmed is no longer contesting extradition from Serbia and could return to the United States by late August.
NEW: U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman denies a bid by ex-Loretto Hospital CFO Anosh Ahmed for a hearing — or dismissal of charges — over alleged misconduct by Chicago feds.
She says he can try again if he returns to the USA to face charges.
