I'm still so angry about this. DOJ blatantly forum and judge shopped in the northern district of Texas. They lied and misrepresented the need for an the records to the court. The 1st circuit effectively let them get away with it.

And that's that. Judge Reed O' Connor now has in his possession the medical records of countless trans youth in Rhode Island that includes everything from private therapy notes detailing every aspect of their lives to their prescriptions and diagnoses.

the reason why we get all these defenses of often deeply misogynist men on here is that many people, including many women, find they need a certain level of misogyny in order to feel comfortable. they're "normal guys" because their entitlement and bigotry makes "normal" people feel safe to be around
