District court judges across the country have been holding the line against Trump.

These judges deserve appreciation — just as those who have enabled and collaborated with the regime deserve condemnation.

All of these people are making moral choices. Democracy is a moral choice.

Remember this.

The Senate’s failure to advance the CLARITY Act is a step in the right direction, and a clear sign that crypto special interests can’t simply buy their way to a legislative win. 🧵
Senate Votes to Block Crypto Bill in Major Blow to the Industry
The landmark legislation, known as the Clarity Act, stalled in the Senate as Democrats raised concerns about President Trump’s personal investments in crypto.

With 50 days until the midterms, I urge you all to:

1) Help get out the vote.
2) Protect our electoral machinery from interference.
3) Not succumb to complacency, defeatism, or cynicism.

We are the only ones who can end this nightmare.

We are the leaders we’ve been waiting for.

Trump’s EPA will no longer limit pollution from gas and coal-burning power plants.

Reminder: Trump took millions of dollars in donations from Big Oil, and his EPA chief Lee Zeldin is cozy with the coal industry.

Is there anything this regime won’t destroy to please its bankrollers?

Haitians living legally in Ohio have built families, careers, and churches here.

Ending their protections and treating them like criminals serves neither justice nor humanity.

Donald Trump admits what DOJ and most of the legacy media refuse to. The U.S. Postal Service mail-in ballot rule was a partisan effort to help the GOP. SCOTUS' decision was, in his words: "a big loss for Republicans."

The amount of Amazon workers relying on SNAP and Medicaid has nearly tripled since 2020. — while Amazon’s annual profits soared by over 550%.

It’s the same story everywhere: corporate profits are at record highs, while workers’ share of the economy is at a record low.

We must unrig the system.

Samuel Alito flew flags used by insurrectionists.

Clarence Thomas' wife plotted to overturn the 2020 election.

Both justices refused to recuse themselves from SCOTUS cases related to the Jan 6 plot.

Both ruled in favor of Trump's mail-in ballot sabotage.

I don't think I'll ever get over this.

I am tired of people saying we can’t win in front of the Supreme Court.

I’m annoyed by those who say my firm is too partisan to be effective.

Today we won a huge redistricting fight before SCOTUS and a ballot access case before the Nebraska Supreme Court.

The lesson: When we fight we win.
