It seems a very apposite time to ask Richard Tice to explain why he needs to head a company with no employees and no products, that appears to do nothing other than receive large amounts of money which it then swiftly transfers to the accounts of Reform Ltd.

Just exempting care workers would be ridiculous. Basically it would be a case of designing a policy to kick out care workers, panicking when you realise how stupid an idea that is, and then kicking out a load of engineers, scientists etc out of sheer stubbornness.
