My grandma passed away yesterday.
She was very old and pretty sick and we all knew it was coming. Also, she was kind of an asshole to most of my family for decades.
I'm still kinda sad.

Anxiety hadn't stopped for two weeks. Like not for a minute, not without a lot of valerian root supplements (I'm avoiding my prescribed medication because some people scared me into believing I'll get hooked on them ☠️).
