I'm sharing my thoughts here because I really want to get them out of my head. Mostly about Anime, Manga, and Games.

I like all genres, but JRPGs are my favorite.
When Kid Icarus Uprising port? (please)
Back then, I got the feeling that yumeships were really hated. I have no idea what it's like today, but here's my hot take: Yumeships are healthier for the discussion culture and for the perception of interpersonal relationships between characters in art than “normal ships.”

I haven't been on Twiitter since the release of Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave and I feel as if my soul has been purified.

I think I'm the only one who wants a lo-fi novel game from Nintendo. How cool would it be to learn with Zelda, Samus or other Nintendo characters and have a Nintendo lo-fi soundtrack to go with it? That would literally be my dream game. What I mean are games like "Chill with You: Lo-Fi Story".

Why is it so uncommon for mangaka to include an epilogue in their works? Often, the endings feel very unsatisfying.

Hot take on Xenoblade Chronicles 2: I get where the criticism is coming from, that the game is way too anime-like. When viewed in the context of the Xenoblade trilogy (or quadrilogy), it really stands out. It draws on a lot of typical anime tropes. The infamous Family photo, in particular,

I've beaten Metroid Dread three times to 100%, and I'm someone who very rarely plays games more than once. I can't even begin to describe how much I'm looking forward to Metroid Ravenous.

Every time I hear “Don't Worry” from Xenoblade Chronicles X DE , I get emotional, even though I don't have an emotional connection to the game.

The “hero saves the princess” story trope is neither bad nor good on paper. It always depends on the execution, just like with all story tropes. Personal preferences aside. This refers to an interesting post on Bluesky that I unfortunately can't find anymore.

Momo, Shio (even with glasses), and KOS-MOS (I love her hair) look really weird compared to Episode 1. Everyone else does too but I noticed it even more with those three. Maybe it's because they look too “realistic,” which creates an uncanny valley effect. I have absolutely no idea why.

I'm really looking forward to Trails in the SKY ch2, but the more Trails games I play, the more I get the feeling that the most exciting aspect is the return of familiar characters. And if that's the case, something must be going wrong,at least for me.

I finished “Xenosaga Episode 1.” It's a great game with really fun gameplay, even though there were a few moments that were annoying. But for me, the bosses were the highlight. There are bosses that force you to use the boost mechanic effectively and I really loved it! 1/2

I like the gameplay in Xenosaga Episode 1 but the game doesn't make it easy for me because of the boost mechanic. It sometimes leads to really frustrating moments for example, I've reduced an enemy's HP with 4,000+ HP to half, only for the other enemies to fully heal the one with 4,000+ HP ↓

Until today, I didn't know I could develop such hatred for an enemy as this one.

I gave in against my desire and have already started my Xenosaga playthrough on the PC. I've been waiting for a port, remaster, or remake for 9 years. Ever since I saw KOS-MOS in Xenoblade 2.

I think we're slowly reaching the point where we judge Xenoblade games based on crossovers, the return of old characters, and foreshadowing.

Can people stop treating Metacritic as an authority on what determines whether a game is good or bad? It's just a collection of subjective opinions from various different people.

Suzie's song “Selfish You” really has no right to be this good. And the fact that it’s actually a German Vocaloid song is the cherry on top.

I played through Gal Guardians:Servants of the Dark. Its a really nice Metroidvania with charming characters.I really had a lot of fun with the game.I can only recommend it. It took me about 11 hours to finish the game.Im a fan of the art style and I generally like how the environments were designed,

I watched the final episode of The Amazing Digital Circus. After it seemed like it was getting torn to pieces on the internet, I was really curious to see how it would turn out, and I have to say it was a great experience. It was peak. Oh yeah, the German voice cast cooked.

A theory about Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave. I think the arena battlefield is a time machine because, beneath all the sand and building rubble, you can make out a clock or a gear which in stories often represents time or at least something round (see the latest trailer for Fire Emblem: 1/2

Give me more Xenoblade Genesis Fanart

Maybe it's a bit of a hot take, but shipping charakter kills the sense of the interpersonal relationships between characters.

I finished playing Ys Memoire: Revelations in Celceta, and it had such an anticlimactic ending. I had to Google it to make sure there was actually a true ending or not. It wouldn't be the first time for Ys. It's kinda funny
