Finally, the right mix of vintage faux fruit to dress up one of my favorite one-of-a-kind bowls (handmade by a local).

I made this meme the day before Dolly died. I have gone back and forth about whether to post it here. But I made it for my lifelong bestie, who loves Star Wars. I decided that Dolly loves love, and so did Whitney, so they would love this lifelong bestie love too. I hope it brings you joy.

Just now I heard a car alarm and it sounded like mine so I walked out to check. The air is so full of sulfur and smoke that I wretched and nearly vomited.

I live in suburbia. There is zero wind here. It is a lung cancer fest out there.

Drones are so cool -- and no veterans, newborns, critically ill people, or animals get traumatized by loud noises, no wildfires started, no carcinogens in air or water... If there was a drone show nearby me this year, I would be there!!! But fireworks? Nope.
