I followed Nick on his journey around Scotland last year (or was it the year before?) -- his posts are always worth reading.
10th October and it’s World Mental Health Day. Keep talking. Keep listening. Keep being kind (to yourself and others). We are Nature and I’ve found this is where I heal best. Love to you all.

Niall does such great work with the street dogs in Thailand. Worth a follow. A cause everyone can support, completely non-partisan!! Confession: I'm a regular donor to these folks. I love their work, and their attitude.
After losing Angelina we built up Bob's confidence.
Today he leaves us but he sent him on his way with all he needs for his new life. A very special boy indeed
