It is over one year since my last post looking for a new position, and now I am glad to say that I was unemployed for 8 months but now not anymore :) Instead I took the leap and I transitioned to the industry. I took a role of Senior Research Consultant with PredictBy, and I am so pumped!

I am starting early with job hunting thanks to my innate immigrant’s resident permit anxiety. Naturally I look for an econ research position, but the more I see into it, the more tempted I am to reorient myself to be a family demographer? I mean people are nicer 😬
