Incredibly disappointing and aggravating that a segment of people who would be unable to pass reading comprehension courses have bullied one of the best SCOTUS commentators into stopping his summarization of decisions. Quoting the outcome of SCOTUS cases is not a tacit endorsement of them its news.
FYI: I am going to stop summarizing Supreme Court decisions on here as they come down. One comment has been plucked out of context of all my reporting, misread, and used as the basis of a mean-spirited pile-on. I am not going to subject myself to this. If this was your goal, then congratulations.

He has had a Nazi tattoo for decades. I find his early Reddit posts and language troubling, but could probably get past that. IF HE ALSO DID NOT HAVE A NAZI TATTOO. I don’t think it’s asking too much to have a hard line of no nazi tattoos. Running for office used to have high standards…

As a constitutional originalist, I do not think that judges should be allowed to issue nationwide injunctions against executive orders orders. But when we have a Democratic president again, I will probably change my mind about all of this.

According to Hermosillo's girlfriend, Grace Hernandez, Hermosillo has learning disabilities and can only write his name.
