It’s truly a sad realization when you know that the man elected to serve in the highest position in this country would be perfectly fine getting rid of everyone who didn’t vote for him, as well as everyone who currently disagrees with him.

As we were finishing up breakfast yesterday, the 16 yo said "you're a good mom" and the 13 yo gave a thumbs up. I'm going to hold onto that on the days when I'm stressed out and overwhelmed and feeling like I'm not doing enough. My kids are happy when we're together and that's what matters.

The grim irony is that if Trump hadn't started his damn fool war with Iran, we could have shifted much of those interceptor stocks over to Ukraine to protect Ukrainian civilians and then we would actually have the leverage to ask Zelensky and Ukraine not to kinetically sanction Russian oil.
Zelenskyy: "Prices are rising because of the war in the Middle East, the blocking of Hormuz. Everyone understands it. If we want to speak with people fairly, if we want to be clear, if we want to speak with our nations openly, people have to hear reality. Don't play games with people."
