With energy prices climbing, it’s no shock that folks across the country are amped up for solar.

Plug-in solar—AKA balcony solar—holds great promise for making solar available for people who can’t necessarily do rooftop solar, including renters and condo owners.

I haven’t read all of Dave Eggers books and I know some people don’t like him, but I am just about done with Contrapposto and I am at that point where I am sad that it might end soon. It gives art and artists and love the celebration it all deserves. Refreshing.

Yesterday I learned that one of my favorite Native American artists suddenly died. This follows the news of another important mystic in my life leaving this world. I like to think that they are being called up to an emergency meeting to help humanity.

“What is the Democratic Party if not its voters?” @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social, who also said, “the only majority in this country is the working class.”
Feeling like I can breathe. Simple truth has a few people who are used to controlling the narrative just a bit disoriented today.

The @IEA projected that the world would use ~105 million barrels per day in 2026.

With the disruption in the Strait we are already predicted to go down to an average of 100mbpd for 2026.🧵

If @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social wasn’t a feckless coward, he would have whipped these votes, and the DHS bill would have failed, 213-214.

These 7 Dems are traitors who support ICE terrorism, & House Dem leadership has made themselves complicit by refusing to even ATTEMPT to talk them into voting no
NEW: DHS appropriations bill funding ICE passes 220-207

7 Democrats voted YES on the bill:
- Jared Golden
- Marie Gluesenkamp Perez
- Henry Cuellar
- Tom Suozzi
- Laura Gillen
- Don Davis
- Vicente Gonzalez

One Republican voted NO: Thomas Massie
