I am far from 100% pure and principle-driven or whatever, but knowing that someone is still on Twitter is the kind of thing that makes me wonder if they are capable of standing for literally anything.
There are a lot of people who think their parents got their brains destroyed by Fox News, but somehow they’re not getting their brains destroyed by staying on Twitter.

Making an open world game in the Kazakh grasslands. Boss said the graphics aren't good enough and I may as well start over. So I guess I'll be raytracing my steppes. 🙄

I almost forgot yesterday was also the anniversary of the years-old politics thread being shut down on the Georgia Tech On3 message board lmfao.

This is especially true if you spend (at least) half your time trying to catch up on the past. And are also trying to make the consumption of the video game less of the measure of your life.
There are more video games coming out than we can ever hope to see or play:

I am in Mercedes-Benz Stadium and it is pouring outside and we are getting rained on??? Inside??? I can't figure out how this is possible. The roof is closed, to be clear. But there are steady drops from the ceiling.

As a classic rock fan that actually listens to the new albums by old artists, I'll often hear a song and think to myself "if this had simply come out in 1978, everyone would know it." Probably there is a great playlist of 21st-century bangers by artists whose first recordings came out before 1980.
I have been alone in losing my shit at the opening notes of "Stiff Upper Lip" (from the eponymous 2000 album) at all three shows I've seen this tour, so I guess they've just left it in because *they* love it, which is high integrity. Also correct since it's an easy top-5 riff they ever did.

Playing and enjoying Metal Gear Acid after having recently finally played Mega Man Battle Network and loved it has led me to fear that perhaps all of my favorite long-running franchises should reinvent themselves with a goofy deck-building spinoff.

As a five-time AC/DC viewer, I would say my primary gripe with their otherwise excellent shows has always been their tendency toward safe setlists bereft of songs for the sickos, but turbo bangers "Stiff Upper Lip" and "Riff Raff" have survived this whole tour, so I have largely forgiven them.

Finally played Zelda II recently and it's actually so sick. One of those ones where running around and slicing guys feels good enough to basically make up for anything that sucks. And you get to do it to that dungeon music.

"Just poor smoky mountain farm folk, with nothing more than high hopes, we hitched our station wagon to a star. But our dreams all fell in on us, because there was no land of promise, just a struggle keepin sight of who you are"

Dolly Parton and I could not have had more contrasting Tennessee mountain upbringings, but we did both have them, so I do love this song and its eponymous album.

Nothing wrong with spinning the usual "9 to 5", "Jolene", etc. But try this one out.

This isn't to say David Lynch was bad — lots of people unfortunately voted for Reagan — but that, for most voters, the reason they do or do not vote for someone is based on shit that would make you want to walk into traffic, even people you consider intelligent!
