New video review: Samyang Buldak Jjajang Spicy Ramen from China. This darker green pack, which some are calling "Fried Jjajang" flavor, is a different recipe from the pale green Buldak Jjajang with less black bean flavor than expected but still a solid bowl.

New site review! I revisited Maggi for the first time in a while with their Classic Masala Noodles, and for such a cheap pack, this was a pleasant surprise. Savory masala gravy, decent noodles, and a mild kick of spice.

New site review! I revisited Maggi for the first time in a while with their Classic Masala Noodles, and for such a cheap pack, this was a pleasant surprise. Savory masala gravy, decent noodles, and a mild kick of spice.

I reviewed the full Nissin Top Ramen HotPot Fusions line: Korean Spicy Beef, Thai Coconut Curry Chicken, and Japanese Garlic Tonkotsu Pork. The sodium level for all of them is wild, but one flavor absolutely stole the show.
