Literally the two dumbest motherfuckers I’ve EVER heard of are the richest guy in the world and the President, but my smart and cool friends doubt themselves every day.

Your insecurities are fake. Your hang-ups are fake. Your limitations are fake. Go do whatever you want I promise it’s possible.

Most American have zero interest in the US government treating one of our most important historical allies and trading partners like this. But the worst among us is running the country, thanks to the worst and most irresponsible voters among us.

NBC's kristen welker was caught laughing it up with Stephen Miller.

Stephen Miller who architected the family separation policy.
Stephen Miller who pushed the Muslim travel ban.
Stephen Miller who oversaw the killing of Americans by ICE agents.

This is why independent media is crucial.

CNN's Jake Tapper was a deranged bloodhound following the trail of Joe Biden experiencing *normal aging processes* in office but can't turn his Sherlockian skills to the comparatively simple question of whether Mitch McConnell is *still on Earth*. Is there no money in the latter?

The best way to get to the bottom of the McConnell question is for the governor to appoint a replacement. The GOP legislature passed a law stripping him of that power, but it goes against the state constitution. If they refuse to seat the replacement, take them to court. There’s zero downside.

The detail I can’t get out of my head here is how he told his ex-wife that he had been hired by ICE, but she thought he must have been having a delusion, because how could ICE hire someone who had such a long history of family violence?
This AP investigation into David Brouillette, the ICE agent who shot Durán Guerrero in Maine is genuinely horrifying. Long history of extreme mental illness, chronic violence agst spouses and kids, PTSD and heightened violence from mil service. apnews.com/article/ice-...

I wish more journalists would point out that Sen. McConnell and Rep. Tom Kean (missed 4 months of work) are/were essentially on paid sick & medical leave.

The same employment protection they’ve spent their careers blocking other Americans from having.

Politics is personal. Dan Moraff who recruited Platner and fed him rants about "the establishment", was a child of extreme wealth who got canceled for sexual misconduct. Platner was his revenge, his way back in power. You have to see: Platner's campaign was about intra-elite resentments. 1/
Congresswoman Summer Lee barred Daniel Moraff from her campaign over sexual misconduct complaints that Lee received about Moraff.

Moraff is being ridiculed for not properly vetting Platner, but our investigation shows Moraff was hiding his own sexual misconduct issues

I REALLY hate the idea of opposing a D.C. mayoral candidate because Trump threatened to punish us if we elect her. It’s worse than obeying in advance; it’s doing the fascists’ work for them. It’s letting Trump trick you into sacrificing D.C.’s autonomy. You can’t defend home rule by surrendering it.

Spencer Pratt has never had a real job, he blew through his own personal fortune of $10 million, and he’s spending his campaign funds living at Hotel Bel Air.
Are we really going to trust him with our $15 billion budget?
