Alright, I need everyone who has a keychain about needing to outlive Lindsey Graham to buck up, lock in,and choose a new politician to outlive. This is not a sign you can give up. Choose a new Player.

Mamdani as Mr. Darcy in a wet shirt.
Loved the New York Post article claiming "it's over" for Mamdani as if there isn't an entire cultural touchstone on powerful or leading men getting wet in their (regency) white shirts when overcome with emotion.

It would be nice if my body didn't freak out every time it got above 70°F. Especially because I live in the DESERT and it's SUMMER. I'm never leaving this house again.

I think Juneteenth should be a national holiday where no one has to go into work, except all the white people are assigned a Black person and they have to do any chores that person wants done. Washing, cleaning, yard work. It feels only right and like the least we could do.

"The area around the proposed data center, Parry said, was a frequent travel corridor for the Fremont tribe and later his Shoshone ancestors."
These sites must be protected and with how much is on the line, it needs to happen fast so evidence cannot be erased.

Dirty Sodas are basically Italian Sodas made with Soda instead of Soda Water and they get way too much hate. That said, I don't understand the craze. They're good but they aren't THAT good.
Dirty soda has been crossing into the mainstream for years, especially after the cast of “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” frequented Swig, the Utah chain that started it all. But its reach has gone far beyond the Mormon corridor.
Thanks to ‘Mormon Wives,’ dirty soda is a national obsession

What I wouldn't give to have my energy be predictable. It really messes with my plans when I have two good days and then, like, a week of only being able to work for only an hour a day. #chronicillnesssucks

Just one of the many reasons we need downloadable programs that don't require a subscription or to be linked to the internet. But no, data is money these days and everyone's going to the bank.

Now THIS is an honest headline. Unlike @kutv2news.bsky.social

What a misleading headline. The allegations were dismissed and she recused herself from cases before the issue ever came up! This makes it seem like she resigned because she was guilty and NOT because Cox and all Republicans in the state are crying foul because she followed the law!
Utah Supreme Court Justice Diana Hagen resigned from her position on the state's highest court after allegations resurfaced of a possible conflict of interest tied to Utah's redistricting case.

I understand that everyone is doing what they can to stop this, but why is this solely a County issue when it affects all of Northern Utah? The money backing this is massive, so you can bet they'll be lying to stop people from voting against this.
Voters in Box Elder County may have a chance to overturn the county commission’s decision to approve the development of a “hyperscale” data center if enough support is gathered to create a land use referendum — and if it's deemed legal.

Republican leadership in the state of Utah has faced so little curbing of power they've become fascist. They've already threatened State Justices to keep fair maps from being used, and now they're taking bribes to allow this Data Center.

Every Utah citizen should be outraged.

“The applicant fully intends to move forward with the project,” a consultant working on behalf of the water right holders wrote the division Wednesday afternoon, “and remain committed to working collaboratively through the process.”

By which they mean bribes. Adams, Cox, Bar H Ranch.

Nothing bolsters my ego more than reading a market report for your industry and finding that I've already thought of solves 90% of the issues it's talking about. The only thing that's stopped me from taking over the world is my chronic illness and ADHD, but I'm making progress on both....

I need to scream into the void that I just learned there was supposed to be a The Batman II by the same writer/director and Robert Pattinson and there won't be and it's the only batman movie I've ever liked. This is why I don't do superhero universes.

HELL YES! We NEED a Democratic Socialist in Utah!
In a race roiled in recent weeks by scandal, Liban Mohamed pulled off a surprising upset in a crowded 1st Congressional District, winning the endorsement of a majority of Democratic delegates at the party’s state convention Saturday.
