We reported that Arabidopsis UGT76B1, known as glycosyltransferase for SA and NHP, showed enzyme activity for SA but NOT NHP in an in vitro assay system that detects released UDP quantitatively. All previous studies rely on NHPG by MS under unavailable chemical standard.
