I got my first Switch 2 game (Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave) before owning a Switch 2! :') I actually did this with the Wii (Xenoblade) and PS3 (Valkyria Chronicles) so this is a time honored tradition.

Like many others I tend to think of this as a joke Ishgardians tell people. And Noxelle was born in Ishgard and absolutely perpetuates the joke. If anyone got Alphinaud to lick a salt rock in early HW, it was Noxelle.
