Phew, well super typhoon missed us, like I hoped. Sadly did hit the island south of us but help is already on the way. Didn't see too much damage out there, no down lines or anything thankfully. Hopefully everything will be restored promptly.

So I was planning on tentatively celebrating the return of electricity to the house but it seems Mother Nature is sending another super typhoon towards us. Projections are currently aiming south enough that we won't be getting the worst winds. Crossing my fingers! ko-fi.com/noxwf

Today is the 15th of June, two months after the super typhoon hit. Things are still being fixed, still no electricity yet for my area. The summer heat is pretty miserable but hanging in there! Will be sure to update whenever things change. Thanks again for any support given! ko-fi.com/noxwf

Hey all! Island update: FEMA boots arriving and various organizations and groups helping our island recover. Water has been restored to a good chunk of tbe island(including my own home woo!). It also seems like areas around the hospital will be getting their power back soon too!

Super Typhoon Sinlaku, a Category 5 storm, sat its fat ass on my island for almost 3 days
Suffice to say the place is wrecked, no water and electricity for quite some time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
