Always thought I was an average crastinator but according to my wife I'm a pro.
Bad jokes, poker and rugby, with occasional soccer, books and NI politics thrown in for the craic
Looking at what Ireland have just done well for that try it makes me wonder why Farrell has opted for 2 back rows off the bench when we're crying out for size off the bench. Surely we have a fit 2nd row can come on #NZvIRE

I whole Infantino bending over for Trump thing was entirely predictable given his behaviour in the lead up to this WC. The real question is how do we feel about Pochettino if he uses Balogun tonight? He'd previously been very big on fair play

I know we're down some front rowers but the Irish scrum is so atrocious, coupled with the lineout being sub par and Ireland will be lucky to reach the QFs to be eliminated next year

Couple of just ridiculous scores there from both teams. Enjoying the 'break not bend' defensive approach from both sides so far in the 2nd half #NZvFRA

Was watching the RL on BBC and as an irregular viewer, I was really struck by the inconsistency in the kicking quality from the 2 teams' stand offs, some of the kicks to touch for pens was atrocious yet they had such control over their dinks over and high balls to contest, RU def more consistent

@hugogordon.bsky.social @reallyfubar.bsky.social @church87.bsky.social a chairde, running a leg of tue marathon Sunday here in Belfast. Plan on doing about 40-45mins. Need some up tempo angry tunes to add to tue playlist for it, any recommendations?

The wind and rain were pretty grim but can't argue with that result. A few great performances, Doak and Murphy were excellent in particular, played the conditions so well #SUFTUM

I'm very late to this as I missed the game yesterday but this will be evergreen in the Toonie chat #6N

Fully appreciating I have my Ulster glasses on but honestly Rob Baloucoune has been the 2nd best player on the pitch today for me. Has got through a mountain of work. JGP head and shoulders above everyone else, just insane work

I was miles off the Scotland game, 2 points off the Ireland result and spot on with the French result, to misquite the song almost 2 outta 3 ain't bad

Have to say the work in already trying to excuse Frank's failure and not taint his reputation further is in pretty stark contrast to how Postecoglu was treated.
Ange's injury list was because of his training whereas Frank was just a victim of bad luck, ridiculous
Thomas Frank sacking: Tottenham appointment a gamble that ended in failure
Thomas Frank's sacking came as no surprise on Wednesday. His appointment by Tottenham was a gamble that ended in a storm of toxicity, writes Phil McNulty.

Lads it's feeling like Gatland early 2000s when he gave a load of youngsters a shot time with Ireland. Fitness permitting I'd love to see Edogbo, Casey and Izzy get a start next time out

Great breakdown of where the game could be won and lost for Ireland.
Feel that France will focus less on scrum(could still milk a few pens though) and more on killing Ireland at the lineout with that light pack

@90minutecynic.bsky.social is this a tinfoil hat take? Have Celtic spent nothing in Jan so the board can post YTD figures for period up to 31/1 that might land them a bonus? Spending early to bolster the squad was obviously the way to go, but they'll use the manager change to excuse not doing it

He's right, we just won't appreciate that fact for a few years yet

@90minutecynic.bsky.social I'm sure you'll cover it on a pod, but initial thoughts on Cvancara? Feels like a classic Martin O'Neill signing a 'damaged goods' type player (Thommo, Hartson, Bellamy) and hoping he can get a tune out of them. Feels high risk

Delighted to see Ulster rotate this heavily. As good as a cup run would be, league has to be the priority.
Izzy being back is great to see and McNamara being in the 23 is exciting too
