An important distinction.
Take A.I. and chip stocks out of the index and the market is down 5.7% since late August.

The S&P 500 is up 2.4% over the same stretch, chip stocks 16%. A.I. is holding the whole market up.

Tariffs Are Making Instruments So Expensive, School Music Programs Are at Risk
When a single cello can cost $1,000 and a tuba $9,000, tariffs are straining meager band and orchestra budgets.

This will be one of the most important immigration cases in a generation. The Trump admin claims that a 1996 law mandates the detention of millions of people without any right to a bond hearing; every person who entered illegally, no matter how long in the past.

If they win, it's a nightmare.

People make this kind of stupid blunder when they want a "gotcha" so badly it affects what they see. A journalist making this mistake this badly would be fired for it and his news organization would be sued.
A phenomenal moment in the Senate.

Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., claims he has evidence Jack Smith went to a HAWKS game in Atlanta.

Smith denies it.

Schmitt declares he has busted Jack Smith for perjury.

A couple quick observations here, which should be obvious. 1) insurance “risk pools” work by requiring younger/healthier people who make few or no claims to sign up and pay premiums alongside older/less healthy people who do, essentially covering their costs.
Assistant AG for Fraud Colin McDonald: "Apparently 35% of people have never even used their Obamacare account for any health services. That is a statistical impossibility and it's because these are not real people seeking real care. These are fraudsters."
