ot3 i think friendslop as a term is soooo fucking funny. ironically mildly derogatory term for something that's only good because you are just doing it to hang out with your friends. im not saying it's a misnomer or anything in fact i think we need to broaden the concept to apply to a lot of non video game stuff retroactively. bowling is highkey friendslop ot3 other notable examples of friendslop: • bar trivia • pontoon boats • ouija boards

zemathememequeen Now that the lead dev of silksong has publicly come out, I can share this funny story. So, back in october I was at a monthly trans meetup just chatting with the other women there. We were talking about how all the best games are made by transfems, and I made the joke that someone from team cherry needs to transition. One of the other women cackled at my joke. At the time I didn't think anything of it. Fast forward one month. The person who cackled at my joke brought a friend with her this time. I was chatting with this new girl for a while, getting to know her, as you do. After like an hour of chatting, the conversation turns to silksong and team cherry. I casually say "My impression of team cherry is that they're all really chill dudes," and I swear to fucking god the girl next to me says, "Yeah, we are." Cue me being absolutely dumbfounded. I actually couldn't believe that my offhand joke from a month ago was real. Anyway that's how I met the lead developer of silksong.

Thank you! I did my best to zero in on some of their key features and follow those through. HA does a lot of "stocky humanoid guy" mechs so they contrast really well with the Karrakin Baronies ones in the campaign which I get to be a lot more ornate with

Been fighting a lot of Harrison Armory forces in LANCER recently, so here's a sampling of their enemy tokens I've drawn.

The glowy greenhouse visor/dome helmets are very fun to design around.
