Oakland is the only indispensable big city in the Bay Area. Oakland has a world class port, is the nexus of the BART system, the freeway system, & has a balanced economy. The Bay Area economy couldn’t last one week without Oakland. Oak also has room for offices. SF & SJ don’t have the geography.

Have you all noticed how airlines charge so much more to fly out of Oakland compared to the same route out of SFO? The airlines are basically trying to destroy OAK which is based in the most populous region in the Bay Area, as they force the massive East Bay population over the Bay Bridge to SFO.

Has anyone noticed how bad all 3 pro teams who abandoned Oakland have become? The Las Vegas Raiders are the laughing stocks of the NFL. The Sacramento A’s of Las Vegas are horrible & the San Francisco Warriors have become an overpriced, gaudy, soulless mediocre at best, NBA franchise.
