Just noticed I'm wearing a mouldy tshirt. It's been washed so it's stain rather than active mould at least. Not sure if I'm getting away with it looking like part of the fabric design.

Appointment with support worker today, I am now considered 'abstinent' on the basis of 10 days in 14 without alcohol, ending with six continuous days. Moving me on to relapse prevention.

Looking at what people are at a food festival and baulked slightly seeing the first alcohol vendor and I guess that's going to be an ongoing source of hazard/anxiety.

Christians shouldn't be allowed to self-ID. They should have to live as a Christian for at least two years and satisfy a panel of experts that they've been doing so and intend to do so permanently.
