getting the exam is obviously the optimal outcome, but now it doesnt even feel worth it and i just want to give up

ive always been very anxious and couldnt speak in front of an audience, ive never been able to do any oral exam correctly throughout all my school life, even trying
ive avoided taking interviews and stuff for work as much as i ever could and every single one of em made me crash out during or after
