Just watched part of the interview played on NBC Nightly News with Trump and Tom Llamas that will play before the Super Bowl. Nauseatingly weak on the part of the interviewer, few follow-up, if any, questions after Trump's one lie after the other. Had to turn it off. Fucking appalling.

They can be impeached. And, should Bove be confirmed — which he should not be — he should immediately be the subject of an impeachment inquiry should Dems retake Congress. He should not be a federal judge due to his actions at DOJ. That does not change if he is confirmed.
Of the infinite reasons Bove should be rejected, one I can't stop thinking abt. Fed judges aren't req'd to be members of a state bar. Pres can't pardon away prof'l ethics offenses. But he can give them lifetime appts that make bar licensure unnecessary. It makes his lawyers effectively undeterrable.

It is time for state and local governments to arrest masked officers who won’t produce warrants and who have no proof someone is undocumented.
Kidnappers should be arrested and indicted and tried for kidnapping and serve the many years such sentences carry.

I don't know about you...but I'm disturbed by the amount of hell NOT being raised by leadership about masked individuals jumping out of unmarked vans, refusing to identify themselves...and just shoving people into a Goddamn vehicle and whisking them away.
