True humanitarian, used her fame and wealth to support so many.
Humble, kind, compassionate and generous.

She was unique in far too many ways.

Today I learnt that my downstairs neighbour is a racist pig.

New couple moved in, chinese.

Been here all of a day.

The string of insults about them that he came out with while talking on the phone outside my window, about their culture and appearance, i’m genuinely shocked.

They’ve been doing this in France, and it produces huge amounts of clean energy and uses existing built-on land rather than fields.

Should also be looked at for canals, reducing evaporation.

It’s clean, cheap and beneficial.

Thames Water lenders preparing legal challenge in event of Burnham nationalisation.

Bullying to extract cash from customers/govt.

TW shares are worthless, debt trades at discount.

Must enforce laws, impose fines, bankrupt TW. Creditors will get little. Nationalise, TW violated licence terms.

UK would need to divert £44.7bn from essential NHS services to pay for new medicines under the terms of the UK-US trade deal.

US corporate profits boosted. Could result in more than 200,000 avoidable UK deaths.

Remember all those times your parents told you off for leaving a door or window open?

“You’ll let all the heat out!”

Well it was a damn lie!
Windows open, door open, and my living room is STILL over 25C at 11:30 at night…

…for a little more context
It was inevitable, wasn't it🙄

Of course the Telegraph would run with something like this👇

So let's remove some of the rose-tinted spectacles and also look at some of that data comparing 1976 with modern heat waves

Because the 1976 nostalgia porn is wearing a bit thin at this stage

Renewables and battery tech mean it’s cheap to produce, runs at a surplus and ensures supply.

Energy has moved on, so why are fossil fuels being allowed to dominate?

We currently PAY renewable sources NOT to operate so fossil fuel sources can in the UK.

Why?!
Beginning next week, Australians get free electricity for three hours every afternoon. That's what happens when you build out wind, sun, and batteries

Interesting, isn’t it?

Tax profits on one, turnover on the other…
Corporation: We made $5 billion but spent $4.9 billion to keep going, so our net taxable income is $100 million.

Gov’t: That’s right.

Worker: I made $50,000 but spent $45,000 to keep going, so my net taxable income is $5,000.

Gov’t: That’s wrong.

I’d be surprised if even 10% of what’s charged actually goes towards looking after the child.

If health and social care are to stand a chance of recovering, privatisation has to go.

It’s nothing more than a scam in most cases.
Curse of private equity

Horrific, unregulated, and very profitable. Companies making cash from England’s children in care.

Average charge to the state by a private provider for a child in “care” is £384,020 a year, some charge £1m+.

Provide poor service l.

End privatisation.

So, Makerfield MP Josh Simons has resigned, which is conveniently located for Andy Burnham to run (even citing Burnham in his resignation letter)

Burnham also seems to be the only one who shows a lead against Starmer in voting intention.

This might get interesting…
