As much of a metalhead as I am, I can't begin to understand how Pandora slurped me into EDM/trap/hiphop, but I kind of really love AL1CE, MXMS, Miss FD, and Ladytron. Maybe I'm simply obsessed with female musicians/singer-songwriters/artists.

Given the choice between permanently losing sight or hearing, I would give up sight without hesitation. I cannot live a life without music. I could -function- without hearing, even keep a job and health insurance. But living without muses? That is hell on earth.

#health update: end of 1wk of strep, awaiting labwork on possible mono. Conveniently I don't celebrate holidays; I can stay home and binge #NCIS New Orleans and build my Legos. Got my bipap cleaned up and started using again last night, slept fair, woke up decentish. Playing Curse of Strahd later.

Finished Lego Space Shuttle + 747 set. Prototype orbiter Enterprise did transport + glide tests c.1977. Later, Columbia's maiden launch was a formative moment in opening my imagination. Would love a launchpad mockup with external tank & boosters. Someday maybe. #selfcare #lego #nasa
