Day two of unemployment.
Fight the old computer to upgrade it from win 10 to linux. It was a fight through and through. And took most of the day. Hopefully it doesn't decide to break itself again while it's off right now.

Urge to re-arrange entire bedroom hit at 2pm, thankfully not 1am like last time. After 4 hours of emptying the room, cleaning and putting things back in... it's about the same. I rotated the bed, but everything else - somewhere else just complicated the layout. At least it feels different and clean!

How many dishes pile up in the sink and how many days between washing them.
....I think I last did dishes on Tuesday?
Fuck all those posts about running the dishwasher twice mentality. I am the dishwasher and I can't even run once!

Spent the entire evening ironing, cutting and sewing two double flats together.

I recently have been trying out contacts after not using them for 20+ years. They are great. For distance. I want to continue with contacts, but that requires reading glasses. My eyes are another body part reminding me I'm not actually 30 and will be, in fact 45. >:(

Restrung my gravity chair. While a straight forward process, it was almost two hours of wrestling with biggie cords and trying to not slice my fingers open. My hands and fingers hurt from keeping everything taught while threading. I hope I don't have to do this again for a long while.
