It was expected that old TV shows with 20+ episodes would have some which weren't as good as the rest. But we now have 6-10 episode seasons where some seasons in some series have fewer than half of them being good.

I've enjoyed my time in New Mexico. And a big factor is that NM doesn't have the level of hate and social regression which exists in "red states". I no longer feel like I am living in enemy territory.

I feel like many people who want to be centrists, although not the architects of regression, are abetting regression.

I've come to dislike the "left" and "right" bar. In my opinion, the more accurate bar uses "pregressive" and "regressive". In addition to it better listing the goal, it also accounts for people who lean in 1 direction but have some ideals which puts them a little further in the oposite direction.

I was about to compliment Harrison Ford for some of the progressive things which he has said. Then I read that he said, “The pendulum doth swing in both directions, and it’s on a healthy swing to the right at the moment.” This was in 2025. "Heathy" in 2025?

I was once for intersection cameras. I directly saw a change in the number of people running red lights, saving lives & preventing damage. I didn't consider that it would expand in the direction which it has. With a lot of govt authorities, it does seem like it's "give an inch and they take a mile".

Humans first. Have the robots do what humans can't do or don't want to do. It's messed up that some of the same people who are pushing for robots or broad use of AI are also wanting a higher birth rate.

Some Republicans are like Jo Lawrence in The Handmaid's Tale. They have some progressive perspectives but still support the regressives in politics because of often single issues, even when that issue isn't handled by the regressives as they think. Like Lawrence, they won't turn until too late.

Some people say that we should separate the art from the artist. That can have validity for dead artists. But living artists profit from their art. So I will not support art done by people who have regressive politics.

I literally had less in 2 of my investment accounts than what I put in. So it wasn't about losing the gains. I literally lost money. So I felt that enough was enough and decided to go safe at least until this Republican led quagmire is over.

I'm too close to retirement to see the losses occurring in my investment accounts. They've had losses for too long. I opped to transfer most to a preferred deposit account which has always received dividends and no losses. I kept enough in the investments to see if the pattern consistently reverses.

I'm irritated. People who are generating fully AI music are called musicians or artists. Come on. They are feeding text prompts. They then accept or reject the AI generated song. No musical skill required. Some of the songs sound good but I will stick with exploring new music by real musicians.

I am a promoter of human rights. From that standpoint, I do not refer to myself as patriotic. My support for humanity goes beyond borders. The USA has done and is doing some terrible things which cannot be supported by someone who also supports human rights.
