There are very few things that can overwhelmingly shape a national consciousness. The shared trauma of this day 25 years ago did impact Americans in ways that few other events had previously. There was tremendous solidarity and there was massive uncertainty that would later manifest as fear.

Even if there was truth to this claim - WHICH THERE IS NOT - by definition, this cannot be a pandemic if occurring in only “some school districts.” Lawyers are typically careful in their wording. Double so when trying to mislead audiences.

This actually serves the food processors like Tyson’s and Perdue. It will effectively strip far more regulation from the farming to processing process.

Agreed that it’s desperate. A counterpoint is they had to do this with computers. The difference, it initially focused on business utility. But it’s not like OpenAI or Anthropic are placing people into businesses, like IBM did, to develop test uses. They’re opting for management buying into the fad.

Does AI have first amendment rights? People do. Corporations do. But not AI. Given that AI is a tool, and that Grok cannot stop generating such images (including CSAM; which is criminal), and that such content utilizes NIL without consent, I’m going to say a 1A claim is BS.

Without reading the article, no the plan will not work- it requires incompatible conditions that cannot be fulfilled. More so, Israel has no intention of withdrawing from Gaza. It is likely extend its existing wall to maintain control over areas it now occupies.

He could/should have been prosecuted both by the FEC (which is more feckless than ever) as well as states. Every state’s Secretary of State and election and finance commissions could have brought charges.

Since 1994, the consequence of moderation has been nothing less than a shift to the right. Moderation works only when your opponent believes and willingly compromises. When in the last 30 years has the GOP compromised?

The worst part is that tax dollars will go to this. Every government agency has a channel in its internal comms network that follows Trump’s posts in real time as it’s the only way to get policy direction.
