Today I was afforded the incredible opportunity to share my clinical perspective with participants in the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health’s (ARPA-H) OCULAB Proposer’s Day. Each ARPA-H initiative challenges the known and has the potential to directly impact American lives. 🧬🔬

Our society forgets that each elderly American is a unique person… who used to be young and filled with dreams. My sweet grandparents are 92 and 95 years old. Their dreams are now my dreams. And I’m thankful beyond measure to simply spend time with them.
