I am curious about the peptide research people are most interested in right now...

Metabolism? Recovery? Longevity? Brain fog/cognition? Skin & Hair? Overall resilience? Something else???

What area fascinates you most about these magical molecules? Have they changed your life for the better?✨✨✨

A lot of people are curious about peptide research but unsure where to start or how to understand the landscape.

I sometimes work with clients who want help learning about the science and navigating the information responsibly.

I'm always happy to point people toward good resources.❣️

After 20 years of teaching plant and soil science, and now working in wellness coaching, I’ve become deeply interested in how biological signaling shapes health.

Peptide science is one of the topics I spend a lot of time studying and discussing.

It’s a fascinating frontier to explore.🧬

What fascinates me most is that peptides behave a lot like signals in nature.🦉🌱🕸️🪺🦋

In plants, chemical messengers tell roots when to grow, flowers when to bloom, and leaves how to respond to stress.

Living systems run on means of communication.

Examples researchers are exploring include:

• GLP-related peptides → metabolic signaling and fat loss
• BPC-157 → tissue repair pathways
• GHK-Cu → collagen and skin signaling
• Thymosin peptides → immune communication

Each peptide is basically a different instruction for the body.💡

Researchers are studying peptides for roles in:

• metabolic health
• tissue repair
• inflammation regulation
• cognition & mood
• healthy aging

Many are simply synthetic versions of signals the body already uses, and knows intimately💕

Peptides are simply short chains of amino acids.

But unlike large proteins, they act more like biological text messages.

They bind to receptors and tell cells what to do:
Repair, Signal, Adapt, Grow🌱

Your body already makes thousands of them!
