Government surveillance is one of the first steps towards creating a prison state. Think about what North Korea would do with these technologies (digital ID, flock cameras, etc.) and know that our government is slowly marching towards doing the same.

If they can restrict content for the safety of someone under 16 today, they can later restrict content for all by saying it is dangerous for everyone.
