I get that it is legal for ICE/DHS to lie and defame people, but how isn't it referred for prosecution when they specifically lie to the courts? They've been caught doing this before.
STOP! Do not treat this cover story from ICE and DOJ with any credence whatsoever. So far, they have lied every time about what led to a shooting. At most, this suggests that the ICE agent who shot Wilber Garcés Pérez did so in anger, and had no body camera.
