I'm currently enjoying the cloud - all the windows are open and I'm getting a draft. This is the first time I haven't been too hot in about two weeks.

Got a response from an econsult I submitted yesterday asking me to book an appointment. I waited on hold for 10-15 mins and got told they have no appointments and I have to phone at 8am to get an appointment that day.
I thought the online appointments were supposed to stop this stupid 8am bunfight?
