Qualche anno fa ho scoperto su Tumblr che c'è un metodo per fare smettere i demoni di urlare: con il capo in avanti, metti le mani sulla nuca; i palmi sulle orecchie e i pollici alla base del collo. Da questa posizione, batti ritmicamente con gli indici sulla nuca.
