Heat is the only thing that will ruin a Bangkok trip, and it is entirely plannable: temples at eight, the river through the middle of the day, the modern city after dark. Do that in the cool season and a hotel with a rooftop infinity pool costs $83 a night, with February's median sitting at $93.
