Ah I am looking forward to WoW forever. I'm gonna do my best not to fucking google anything when playing it. While I genuinely think retail WoW is way better than classic ever was I yearn for the ass-backwards RPGy-ness of older MMOs and playing games where you learn things without reading a wiki

The Witcher 3's writing is very good and all but it seems like an awful lot happened just before geralt got there. Seems like the bloody baron has lived at crows perch for years but he's been there like 6 months apparently? I've always kind of hated fucked up timeframes in fiction

Ok so I know the original Lodoss war anime was based on an unfinished version of the story and the internet says to just watch maybe 2/3 of it and move onto the 1998 one instead but even then this shit is all over the place. Weirdly hard to follow, in a huge rush

I reckon I'm an hour from finished with Control, it has that annoying thing where they chuck in an extra long winded side quest while you're a gnat's dick from the end.

OK so I don't play many new big fancy looking games these days but I bought a 5070ti because it was time for an upgrade. Is it standard to cut your render resolution in half and just have the computer pretend?
