Not weighed myself since early June as I was convinced I'd started to gain weight again but bit the bullet so I'd have a reference point for a new effort to lose some lbs ..turns out I've lost a further 6 lbs ! That's almost 2 stone since end of last year. Just 5 or 6 lb more probably to go. #reset
