I want to build Okoye, but the monarch doesn't really matter enough when most decks just have crazy engines already and I don't really just want it to be couterslop.

I know I'm adding the new Simulacrum Shaper to Venom, but I don't know what I'm cutting to do it. Mutavaults have to upside of no risk to not having a target in the deck and the extremely small downside of being an "Avatar" for Balemurk triggers. It is just a better Farhaven Elf though.

Konstrari is 1 mana off in either direction from being perfect for Venom, but I may try it out still even though my gut is saying it's too fair.

It's not "too good" but I'm still annoyed it isn't limited to basics.

The running list of Commanders I'm interested in, but don't really have any ideas for a deck around. Uugguu could probably be dropped after playing against one on Sunday.

I really dislike the "too many" archetype, but this guy is bad enough even getting like 4 of them going isn't going to result in the usual miserable game state of several copies of a commander can create. It also seems like the most cost effective way to make more Ape tokens.

The question of a commander for Esper Danse was put in my head by the LCP today and I think my answer is Bane. I think he fits the vibe of not needing direct support while letting you either save mana or get in to extra cards while doing the things you want.

After hearing about it from LCP I've been working on an Ardenn & Kraum Equipment deck where I can load up my opponent's creature with hammers. After a couple games I think I want to keep the ways to goad and redirect combat, but just have it be on Voltron Kraum as the main plan from the start.

Logged in to get the free ramp deck in marvel snap and now uninstalling again after seeing the in game economy still sucks. Putting the 100 dollars worth of "make the free deck we gave you better" in the shop is certainly a choice as well.

I just wanted to make Loxodon Hierarch and other loxodons into mounts, also food tokens and life gain and counters have some crossover so it may actually function in a lower power game.

I've never had a deck that can be so far ahead in a game and then just lose the way Kirol can. One of the games last week I went from easily winning once it got back to my turn, to almost losing because 2 of my 3 opponents scooped. 🫠

I didn't think I could be less excited about a set than I was for Strixhaven, but somehow the Hobbit set is managing to lower the bar.

It seems like a local glc night is going to require English cards to be swapped in if my opponent asks. I already keep most of them with the deck in case my opponent wants to read one, but I don't like the idea of resleeving half my deck before a game. It just seems annoying and unnecessary.

Sometimes you get to Breach the Multiverse and then next turn Breach another 2 times with player that hates other people getting to use their cards and it's extra fun and cool.

Felt like talking about Birds in GLC. Before the DCE/Twin ban I was using those to power the 3 cost attacks often committing Gift Energy or Recycle Energy first. Lugia was great at protecting DCE/Twin while trading. Archeops was nice to have up but not critical.
