Meet Little Dipper (white flame-point), Leo (tabby) and Cassiopeia (tux). The first two are boys, about 6-7 weeks old. The other one is a girl about a month older. They were all taken in on Saturday, and have been getting meds and eye drops since.

I haven't done any fostering posts here in a while, partially because it's been like a year since I had foster kittens. Let's get back on that.

I would also move away from Android, but that is way more difficult as there's really only one other viable option for what I want, and I dislike Apple even more than Google.

It is wild to think that I am actively looking into getting a different email. I've had my gmail account for 20 years, but I think it's time to move away from it. Google is a shitshow now and all the AI crap they're shoving down our throats is becoming too much.

Apparently while I was on vacation, Papa Johns discontinued their papadias. I am in fact very upset about this. :(
At least they brought the pan pizzas back a little while ago, but damn, I'm actually gonna miss those papadias.

We got back home yesterday evening, after three more days of ~Tokyo after we debarked off our cruise vacation.
First day we spent in Yokohama again, as there was still plenty to see and they had just started up a flowers thingy across all the parks, with a mascot CJ immediately fell in love with.

Today was much better though. We arrived at Shimizu, a port with view of Mt. Fuji. We could see the tip of the mountain poke above the clouds when we arrived, which was quite a view. It got cloudier as the day went on and the mountain disappeared completely from view.

Today was our last port stop before returning to Yokohama tomorrow morning.
The past two days were kinda meh. Two days ago we stopped at Kochi, but it was a very rainy day and we were pretty tired from all the previous stops, so we stayed on/near the ship.

Today we stopped at Aburatsu, a small town south of Miyazaki. While most excursions were away from this town, we stayed here and walked along the coast. It has beautiful views and quite a few shrines. One we visited was inside a cove.

Today's stop was Hiroshima. As our last stop was in South Korea, we had to go through immigration again, which took more time than anticipated due to technical difficulties. Our main plans were pretty much impossible to do in the limited time, so we decided to just go to the shopping district then.

As we're still a bit tired and sore from yesterday's hike, we're taking it easier today and returned to the ship a bit sooner to get some extra rest. Tomorrow is a scenic sail day, going through the Kanmon Straits.

Today we are at Busan, our one South Korea stop. We didn't really know what to go see here so we just walked around. Found a park that had a little art street, where one artist mostly painted the cats of the park, and we saw a few of the cats.

Today's stop was Nagasaki. We visited a shrine, and then did too much uphill walking and stairs to reach a park that will be beautiful next week but now is too early for the cherry blossoms. Ended with a visit to Dejima, historical trading port.

Yesterday was just a cruising on sea day. Got to explore the ship and relax. Today we stopped at Kagoshima, and we're gonna explore around Sakurajima, an active volcano.

After exploring Yokohama for 4 hours, we have now embarked the ship. Rooms aren't ready yet so we're just exploring.

Landed in Tokyo almost an hour early, but it took well over an hour to go through customs and all that, but we're here now.

Landed in LA. Now we just gotta wait for 2.5 more hours here, and then 12 hour flight to Tokyo. I am still glad I booked the 5 hour layover, now we don't have to worry.

We are boarding. Captain says as long as everyone gets on quickly and we leave by 8:10 (in 15 minutes) then we are good to go...

Well that midwest storm might screw us over. If flight had been on time, we could have been in the air before it, but it got delayed and then the pilot didn't want to risk it. They still want to fly around it but so are all other flights so it's a waiting game now...

At the airport to start our big vacation in Japan (11 day cruise and a few days in Tokyo). First going to LA, then from there to Tokyo. Won't land in Tokyo until 25 hours from now, gonna be a looooong day.
