Thank you for helping me reconnect with my love of arranging rocks in circles. It is like coloring a mandala but in 3D. I love playing with rocks and sorting them. Your posts have been epiphanic. I try to build a circle each day. It helps my brain so much! The tactile feedback is soothing.

Rocks arranged in a circular pattern on a black lacquer plate. The plate has a geometric design etched into the surface in gold, green, and red. At the center of the design is a piece of vanadinite. Eight pieces of amazonite cut into hexagonal pencil shapes with points on both ends circle the vanadinite. Eight small towers of yellow adventurine stand in a circle and alternate with the amazonite. The outer circle is cubes of polished yellow adventurine at the tip of every amazonite point. The spaces between the cubes have two ammonite halves directly across from each other, the spaces between the cubes on either side of the ammonites are filled with small bits of crystal filled geodes (roughly broken with a hammer), and the remaining two spaces hold two small pebbles of very light green adventurine.

The lacquer plate is resting on an oak table top and the light source is reflecting off the surface.

I found my precious children (early 20s) reading this together yesterday. It was an important, emotional, and difficult book we read together when they were in elementary school. It is still a hard book. The children of our world deserve to grow in peace. They didn't ask/consent to be here.
