2000 IU is a little on the lower end but if it might be malabsorption it won't make much of a difference increasing the dose right now! It sounds like you're already on top of everything by having a GI appointment coming ❤️ I hope everything resolves soon!

Hi Alana ❤️ What doses are you taking? Are you taking any other meds? Do you have any gut issues/malabsorption issues? Are you taking your supplements with specific foods? How is your thyroid and parathyroid, liver and kidney panel?
