Trump and his cronies are trying to crash the price of Blackstone and other housing stocks so they can buy them cheap. Don’t believe for a single second that Trump is serious about banning corporate investment in housing. Even if they do some slapped together EO, it will have huge loopholes.

As a fan of online games this is one of the least surprising stories ever. Finding a good group of friends who aren’t a gaggle of slur slinging bullies is a big challenge.
I see some libs giving Trump credit for Gaza, and that’s fair.
However I think the main reason Trump felt it necessary to pressure Netanyahu was due to a shift in public opinion as Republicans, especially young Republicans, have begun to turn against Israel en masse.

As much as I despise’s Kirk’s politics, which are hateful, violent, and cruel, I can’t help but think back to my time working Dem Campaigns. We had to open the mail outside for fear of bombs, and I always had one eye on the parking lot.
