Stages of the Process and Deliverables The commissions include: a sketching stage (3 options max.), a color test stage (3 options max.), 1 full final render. It includes one (1) full modification at the end and ten (10) partial modifications during the process. Any additional changes or versions made during or after the commission is finished will be an extra fee. The deliverables include the artwork as an image (JPG and PNG), the native file (PSD) and a PDF optimized for printing. Payment Methods Payoneer payment link or Xoom (by Paypal). Pricing The prices are non negotiable with the exception of backgrounds*, these will be determined by the complexity of the piece. If the background is only a flat color no additional charge will be added. A queue will be provided before starting the commission to determine if the client is ready to move forward with the commission. Payment and Invoice A minimum of half of the price in the queue must be paid before the commission starts, the rest can be paid after the art is approved by the client and delivered. A total invoice will be provided after the commission is finished. Use of the artwork All of the commissions are made with the exclusive intent of personal use. The client will compromise to never make mass reproductions, redistribute and resell the artworks. If the commission is of an OC or design that is meant to be used as part of a product (to be sold or distributed), a license will be negotiated depending on the amount of reproductions visualized and an additional fee will be charged. Copyright of the work isn't granted. The client is not allowed to feed the artwork commissioned to any AI training models or LLMs.
