Myself and other now-former @thecanaryuk.bsky.social staff haven't been paid our final pay and holiday pay. Numerous emails have been ignored, and we don't even know what the final amounts will be. Multiple marginalised people will struggle to afford bills and keep roofs over our heads.

@realitycheckmarker.bsky.social have you considered how much of the brain fog affecting us survivors might be of the reversible kind as opposed to irreversible? for me it was significantly reversed with vitamin B12 injections and antihistamines(I have low DAO and dust mite allergy)

Today is World Sepsis Day, in 20O7 I almost died of sepsis after a shaving cut got infected. Sepsis kills more people a year than breast, bowel and prostate cancer combined. One of the best ways to fight it is to learn the warning signs

H2 blockers like famotidine and loratadine used in Long Covid can improve some cognitive and neuropsychiatric measures and an additional reduction of approximately 1.48 points on the Fatigue Assessment Scale.

But long term, H2 blockers affect stomach acid production, B12 absorption and gut biome.
